Keto Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Cup water (Add another 1 Cup Water If Dried Cranberries are being used)
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Place the water and cranberries into a medium saucepan and heat until the water begins to reduce (Usually around 10 mins)

  • Remove from heat and stir in Chia seeds, salt, and erythritol. This should begin to thicken.

  • Once cooled sufficiently, serve with main meals and enjoy.
