It was good. I kinda tweaked mine a little. I added shrimp, forgot the bell pepper. And forget the medium heat, crank up the heat and fry that stuff. Then it will only take 20 minutes. Lol. Enjoy!!!

Outstanding and will make this meal again. I had two helpers chopping and there is no way I could have done this in 20 minutes.

This did take longer than 20 min but it was well worth it, this week be a repeat for sure! Make sure to add the parmesan, it makes a world of difference.

It was a great recipe. I used turkey sausage and it turned out great. It seems like you could get by with only 2/3rds or half of the oil. I'll make this again...

Oh my wow! This was so simple and tasty! Even my kids (8 and 11) gobbled this up with and we’re asking for more almost before we could make it to the table. Really easy. Really good. Big win.

This is a really good, low mess, quick weeknight recipe! We've made it a few times now and always enjoyed it. We have also used regular Idaho potatoes when we didn't have red ones. It is just as good. My only critique is that the potatoes take much longer to cook than the recipe says (regardless of whether you use red or Idaho).

I tried it and it was delicious; however, I left at the hot sauce.

Delicious! I added a little extra chicken broth, covered, and let it simmer on low for about 10 minutes. It really helped to soften the veggies, especially the potatoes.
