1  How about warranty?

The warranty is good anywhere. we will pay to have your boat repaired (or engine) if you do not have a dealer in your area or you prefer not to go to the local dealer (boat only). You should have a local engine dealer that will work on your engine.

After receiving a purchase agreement from us you will send a check or wire transfer funds. we require a 20% deposit on all ordered boats. when your boat arrives and you inspect it. we will arrange a sea trial before any finish rigging (at your option) upon delivery you must have a bank check or wire transfer before closing and registration can be finished. If you are a non resident buyer (we are going to ship the boat without your sea trial approval) We suggest you hire a marine surveyor to sea trial and inspect on your behalf. payment must be 100% before loading and shipping.

21  Who will show me how to run my new boat?

The person that rigged or dealer prepped your new boat is the person that will sea trial with you. You will be instructed on the general operation and maintenance along with showing you the items of high importance. This may take several sea trials. we suggest that you set extra time aside for your sea trial. This is not a joy ride it is the time to learn about your boat. many times customers miss the important things shown to them. This is natural, that's why we want you to have at least a couple of days before taking (shipping) to run your new boat and understand it's operation.

24  What is no hassle pricing?

This simply means that no salesperson will ask you to buy in the first contact or the first time you come to our store. We have set what we believe is a fair profit margin in our prices and that is the price you will get the first time. no hassle is no hassle over price. The only way you will know if our price is good is to shop another dealer for the same product. (exactly the same, year, size, etc.) We want to sell you our product, just because no one runs out to pressure you doesn't mean where're not interested. You have to decide when and from who you are going to make a purchase. until then nothing happens.
